Return Policy

We do not accept returns as our products are custom made and created on demand.

If there is an issue with your orders, please send us detailed pictures of the item to support@waspdecoyhd.com as soon as possible. We recommend using the original box which will need to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received, it will be inspected for any differences from the provided customer photos before a full refund is issued. If item is different then pictures provided, only a partial refund may be issued.

Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours. Please email us at support@waspdecoyhd.com to request your cancellation. Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us via email immediately at support@waspdecoyhd.com. Include pictures of broken item and condition of packaging. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with a resolution. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.
